Tubbs Mill House is 300 years old and was once the main house to the working mill, the remains
of which are situated in the adjoining paddock.
The House sits alone at the bottom of the valley bordered by the River Luney and the old mill leat which supplied the water power for the mill.
Although secluded the house is situated only one mile from the South West Coastal path & spectacular walks can be enjoyed along with equally wonderful inland walks to cater for all tastes.
The area is one of the most picturesque in Cornwall and is set in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. Wild life abounds in the area & you can expect to see badgers, buzzards and everything in between.

About Tubbs Mill House.... The house has been tastefully restored in keeping with the period. There are three bedrooms two of which offer king size beds together with large en-suite facilities and the third bedroom has a double bed with a large private shower room. The rooms have their own tea and coffee making facilities, radio and a colour television with a DVD player where guests can watch a film chosen from a wide range of titles.
Tubbs Mill has a large, comfortable sitting room for guests' exclusive use and there is also a drawing room with a wide range of books and magazines which guests are encouraged to use. We have a large CD collection for the more musical amongst you.
